Update

The family has been staying busy.  We made it home from Arizona with success.  I kids did wonderfully and had a blast.  School has started.  Elayna is in the 2d grade now!!  Scary!  I have found a great mom's group that has a ton of things for the boys to do and people for me to talk too.  Shawn's work is coming along.  No prospect of moving yet but were not in a hurry right now.  Elayna is really enjoying Girl Scouts and is doing great.  We have done a lot of things.  We went camping, two programs that dealt with the stars.

Thanksgiving was ok.  We were away from family for the first time but we are lucky enough to have people that invited us over.  We had a big feast and the kids had a blast playing.  We didn't have leftovers so we had to buy a separate turkey and couple days later.  We're going to cook it this weekend and I am REALLY looking forward to turkey sandwiches.

The holidays are creeping up on us. We got our Christmas tree the Sunday after Thanksgiving and decorated it.  The kids had a blast decorating and we did seem to have a problem with the kids playing with the decorations but they seem to have gotten bored with them and are leaving them alone now.  They do seem to LOVE the window decorations though and don't want to leave them alone.

We have a train the goes under the tree but not sure we will put it up this year because the boys would play with it.

McDermott's are coming to visit next week so we will have a full week of fun Christmas events.
