Last week was a crazy one. We had something going on everyday of the week. E just started swim lessons on Monday and Wednesdays. She can finally really put her head underwater without freaking out and is starting to use her arms when swimming. It's really exciting to see her do all these new things and not be scared. On Tuesday she still had gymnastics. She loves doing it and probably will continue for a while. On Thursday the Halloween fun started. E's teacher took them to a pumpkin patch that is located at a nearby church and everyone could wear their costumes. For over a year now she's wanted to be a ghost so we made her a ghost costume out of pink fabric that we had laying around. But on Thursday E decides not to be a ghost that day but wear the costume that I made for her last year. Not a big deal since it took me all night to make it last year and she only wore it out once, now she just plays dress up with it. But she wore it to the pumpkin patch and everything was fine. That night was the Fall Festive at her school and she wanted to be the pink ghost. This start as a problem since she couldn't eat with it on or really play so I ended up holding it most of the night. Friday they got to wear their costumes again and she decided to be the pink ghost. I don't think she had it on most of the day but at least she wore it. That night we went to this carnival thing that just a few blocks from our place and she wanted to go as the pink ghost. That was fine until we started trick or treating then she wanted to be the princess again. This wasn't such a big deal since we were going home anyway to pick up the camera and our car so we could go to a different part of town. So for this Halloween E had two different costumes. Thank goodness its over and I don't have to make another costume till next year. Just have to make sure it's something that she's going to wear.
Our second doctor's appointment is this Wednesday. Hopefully everything is great and everyone is fine and healthy. I'm a little scared and excited at the same time. At least I don't have to have my blood taken again.
